The standard

Hairmedico operates on one patient per day, and every procedure is surgeon-led by Dr. Arslan Musbeh. Led by a surgeon, not just watched by one. That single decision shapes everything else about how the clinic runs.

A clinic treating four patients a day cannot give each one the surgeon's personal attention for extraction and canal-opening — the two steps that most affect graft survival and hairline precision. Something has to give across that many procedures in a single day, and it is usually those steps, handed to technicians working faster than one surgeon safely could. At Hairmedico, every package is surgeon-led, and on the VIP tier Dr. Arslan performs every extraction and canal-opening himself.

Graft placement follows the package chosen, and this is stated plainly before booking rather than left implied. In the VIP tier, Dr. Arslan also places every graft personally. In Silver and Gold, placement is carried out by the clinic's trained medical team, as part of the same surgeon-led programme. Every package is surgeon-led, with his personal involvement increasing tier by tier, up to performing every step himself in VIP. Operating on one patient means the procedure begins when the surgeon is rested and ends when it is finished rather than when the schedule requires. It is the reason the clinic is smaller than its reputation would suggest, and the reason it intends to stay that way.

The surgeon

Dr. Arslan Musbeh

Ministry of Health accredited hair transplant surgeon, based in Levent, Beşiktaş, Istanbul, with 17+ years focused exclusively on hair restoration and 3,000+ procedures performed personally. Member of the FUE Europe Association. Creator of Algorithmic FUE™, a graft-mapping protocol developed from the clinic's own case data.

He has taught on the hair loss treatment diploma at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 for over ten years and has trained 250+ physicians in hair restoration technique.

He holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Odessa State Medical University (2000) and is an Associate Member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) in addition to his Full Membership of FUE Europe. Hairmedico opened in Levent in 2005, and the one-patient-per-day structure has been the clinic's operating model since that first year rather than a later repositioning.

What we do

Techniques and treatments

Technique is matched to the patient's anatomy and goals rather than applied as a single default across every case. FUE remains the standard choice for most Norwood I–V patients, extracting grafts individually without a linear donor scar. DHI uses the Choi implanter pen to place each graft directly into the scalp without pre-made channels, and is generally preferred where a dense, compact hairline is the priority. Sapphire FUE uses gem-tipped, V-shaped blades in place of steel to open recipient channels, typically healing faster and allowing closer graft spacing. Algorithmic FUE™, developed from the clinic's own case data over seven years, plans graft density, angle and direction site-by-site instead of following one uniform pattern across the scalp.

The same surgical standard extends beyond the scalp to beard, eyebrow and repair procedures, and to protocols developed specifically for afro-textured hair and female pattern hair loss, where curved follicles and diffuse thinning call for a different extraction angle and design approach than typical male-pattern cases.

The clinic

Hairmedico is a Ministry of Health licensed medical facility. Patients travel from more than forty countries; every all-inclusive package covers surgery, accommodation, VIP transfers, the aftercare kit and twelve months of follow-up. The largest patient groups travel from the United Kingdom, France, Germany and the United States, though the photograph-first assessment Dr. Arslan carries out personally is the same regardless of where a patient is booking from.

On any operating day, more than 15 dedicated medical professionals — anaesthesia, nursing and graft-handling staff — support Dr. Arslan on the single case scheduled, and none of that team, equipment or attention is shared with a second patient. Every package includes a two-night hotel stay bridging arrival, the pre-operative consultation and surgery day itself; most international patients build a short trip around that date rather than an extended stay, with the exact itinerary confirmed once technique and travel plans are set.
