How Needle-Free Anaesthesia Works
The Comfort-in system uses a high-pressure jet mechanism to deliver a precise dose of local anaesthetic through the skin without a needle. A narrow, high-velocity stream of fluid penetrates the epidermis and deposits the anaesthetic directly beneath — achieving the same local block as a traditional injection, but without the needle puncture sensation.
