A transplant does not end on the surgical day. The months that follow decide how much of the transplanted hair survives and how the surrounding native hair behaves.

The first two weeks are the period when transplanted grafts are least secure — before they anchor fully into the scalp, an incorrect product or the wrong washing technique is, in Dr. Arslan’s experience, the most common cause of avoidable damage during recovery. That is why the kit is handed to every patient in person before departure, alongside a demonstration of the correct technique, rather than left as a leaflet to read at home. - Once normal washing resumes — the Revitalise Shampoo, for daily use without disturbing the healing grafts.
- Through the shedding and regrowth phase — the Restore Serum, supporting the follicle as new growth begins.

Do I need to buy the Lorew Paris kit separately?
No. The full kit — Foam Cleanser, Revitalise Shampoo, Restore Serum and Growth Supplement — is included in every Hairmedico package at no extra cost, whether you choose Silver, Gold or VIP. You are handed it in person before you leave Istanbul, along with a demonstration of how to use it.
When do I start using each product after my transplant?
The Foam Cleanser is used in the first days, when the recipient area cannot yet tolerate mechanical washing. The Revitalise Shampoo takes over for daily use once normal washing resumes. The Restore Serum supports the follicle through the shedding and regrowth phase, and the Growth Supplement is taken daily throughout.
