The Hairmedico surgical day — hour by hour
08:00 — Arrival: VIP transfer from hotel to clinic. Welcome, pre-operative photographs, trichoscopy scan confirmation.
08:30 — Design session: Hairline design with Dr. Arslan (patient seated, upright). Patient approval and sign-off.
09:00 — Anaesthesia: Comfort-in needle-free injector. Local anaesthesia administered to donor and recipient zones. No needles.
09:30–13:00 — Extraction phase: Dr. Arslan extracts follicular units individually. Grafts stored in chilled preservation solution. Patient comfortable — music, film or sleep.
13:00–13:30 — Lunch break: Patient and team break. Grafts maintained in storage solution.
13:30–14:30 — Channel creation: Dr. Arslan creates recipient channels at precise angles. The most artistically demanding phase of the procedure.
14:30–17:00 — Implantation: Grafts placed into channels. Single-hair grafts at hairline; multi-hair grafts for mid-scalp density.
17:00–17:30 — Post-operative: Dressing applied. First-wash instructions and aftercare kit provided. Post-operative debrief with Dr. Arslan.
17:30 — VIP transfer back to hotel.
