From submitting your first photograph to seeing your final result at month 12 — this is the complete Hairmedico patient journey. Every stage is managed by the clinic from start to finish.

Photograph Assessment
Submit 3–5 photographs via the consultation form or WhatsApp. Dr. Arslan reviews personally and responds within 24 hours with: technique recommendation (FUE, DHI or Sapphire FUE), graft estimate, and all-inclusive quote. Free. No obligation.

Travel Planning
Once you confirm, the coordination team handles your full travel programme: surgery date, 5-star hotel (2 nights included), VIP airport transfer. Most patients fly in Sunday evening.

Arrival & Pre-Op Consultation
VIP transfer from Istanbul Airport to your hotel. The morning of surgery, a private transfer takes you to the Hairmedico clinic. Pre-operative consultation with Dr. Arslan — hairline design, final graft planning, consent and pre-op photographs.

Surgery Day
Needle-free anaesthesia via the Comfort-in injector. Dr. Arslan performs every extraction and implantation personally. Duration: 6–9 hours. One patient. No shared rooms. The team is dedicated to your case for the full day.

Post-Op Day
First washing demonstration. Clinic review. LOREW Paris aftercare kit provided. All post-operative instructions confirmed in writing and via WhatsApp. Return transfer to hotel.

Return Home
Most patients return home 2–3 days after surgery. VIP transfer to the airport included. The team is available via WhatsApp throughout your return journey.

12-Month Follow-Up
Remote follow-up programme: check-ins at weeks 2, months 1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 via photo submission and video call with Dr. Arslan. All included in your package. Recovery timeline →
